What wedding packages do you offer and what are your prices?
I recently started working with custom packages to better fit the needs of each couple that I work with. Every wedding is unique, so I will create custom package options designed to cover everything you need, with your budget in mind. Please reach out through my contact form to give me some info and get started! I can work with most budgets and would love to learn more about you guys! My intimate packages start at $985, and full wedding packages start at $1800.
How many hours of coverage do I need?
This is the #1 question that I get! My most popular packages are for 6-8 hours. What you need for your wedding will depend on your schedule for the day, and how much of it you want to have photographed. Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I love visiting new places, and I’m always up for an adventure. I’ve flown all over the world and I’m super comfortable in any location. I am currently based in Washington state (Seattle/Gig Harbor) and Orlando, Florida. Contact me for specific travel pricing.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
First, contact me to talk about the details of your day and some package information! Once we talk over some package options, and if you decide to move forward with the booking process, I require a 50% retainer and a signed contract to reserve me for your wedding. Both are easily completed online, even from a mobile device. I only book one wedding per day, regardless of what package you decide to book. So the entire day is dedicated to you!
Are both of you at every wedding?
I (Justin) will personally shoot every wedding and session (provisions in the contract regarding emergencies and extenuating circumstances). Heather is my preferred second photographer, if you decide to include one in your package. If Heather is unavailable on your date, I have a great lineup of trusted second photographers that I have worked with before who have a similar style and brand focus. For all contracted services that include a second photographer, the second photographer is hired at my discretion, depending on availability.
How do we get our photos afterwards?
Every package comes with a fully edited online gallery of your photos delivered within 6 weeks of your wedding date. This is a password-protected page that allows you to access the gallery with all of your edited photos. I typically deliver 50-100 photos per hour of coverage. You are free to download, share, and print any photos that you like - they’re yours! From the gallery online there is also a print store that has options for canvases, albums, and more. You are able to download any photo to print on your own, (especially useful for those “fridge pics”!) but using the provided service options in the gallery will give you the best quality available for albums and larger prints.

Of course, I always recommend that you get help from a dedicated wedding planner (I know some good ones if you need a rec!), but I’m happy to walk you through the beginning process of figuring out what you’re looking for. How long are your engagement/couples sessions?
I offer a few different options ranging from 1 to 3 hours. Contact me for more information about packages and pricing! Typically we will need at least an hour to shoot, but some locations may require more time to get in/out.
What do we need to bring?
You can bring whatever you want! Any props such as blankets, bikes, or picnic items are welcomed. Pets are also welcomed, just let me know beforehand! It is a great idea to plan this shoot around an activity that you both enjoy (even just a walk in the park, a hike, kayaking, whatever!), but I can help you with ideas if you don’t have anything specific!
Do we choose the location of our shoot, or do you?
It depends! If you have somewhere in mind, please let me know! I can also suggest locations that fit a certain style and look that you have in mind. If you have no idea at all, I will work with you to find the perfect place. I have a ton of locations that I’d would love to explore with you!
How do we get our photos?
I deliver a fully edited online gallery within 3 weeks of your session. This is a link to your password-protected page that allows you to access a gallery with all of your edited photos. You are free to download, share, and print any photos that you like - they’re yours! I love the way that a gallery can bring you through our adventure on that day, so I include all of the details and funny stuff as well. From this gallery you will also be able to browse the online store to order high quality prints and albums as well.
